These Ironman triathletes are CRAZY! Swimming 2.4 miles, biking 112 miles, and then running 26.2 miles all in one day is nothing short of amazing! A family member of mine, Monte Merrick, received a full ride scholarship to Western Kentucky University to play football as the kicker for the team. Before the official start of the season WKU had a family day including a scrimmage at the end. I’m glad I brought my camera along… GO #11!
